Documentation
Risale-i Nur MCP is a connector that gives AI assistants such as Claude access to the works of Bediüzzaman Said Nursî. When the assistant discusses a topic, it reads the text here, quotes the text itself and shows the exact place of every passage it relies on, down to the sentence.

Accounts
Every tool works without an account. Without an account, search by meaning has a shared daily limit and all requests a shared per-minute limit. Account holders have no limits: ask Claude in the conversation to sign in to Risale-i Nur; it shows a Connect card that opens the sign-in page. Accounts are currently created by the administrator; write to destek@risalemcp.com.
Using it
Ask as you normally would, in Turkish or another language. Examples:
- Kıyametin vakti neden gizli tutulmuştur? (Why is the time of the Last Day kept hidden?)
- Bismillah'ın önemi hangi temsille anlatılır? (Which parable explains the importance of Bismillah?)
- How might a physician read the arguments for resurrection in the Tenth Word?
The assistant first searches the works, reads the relevant passages, then answers. In the answer:
- every quotation from the works stands on its own line in quotation marks and ends with a number such as
[1]; - the Kaynaklar (sources) list at the end gives the full place of each number: work, section and the sentence's opening words, e.g.
Sözler › Onuncu Söz › On iki Hakikat › Dokuzuncu Hakikat › “Hiç mümkün müdür ki; ölmüş…”; - what the text says and the assistant's own interpretation stand under separate headings.
When the assistant cannot find something in the works, it says so; it does not invent references or quotations. References come from the server's data and are checked before the answer is sent.
Coverage
44 works, about 126,000 sentences, in Turkish and Arabic:
- The Risale-i Nur Collection: Sözler, Mektubat, Lem'alar, Şualar, the Lâhikas, Tarihçe-i Hayat and others.
- Works of the early period: Muhâkemât, Münâzarât, Divan-ı Harb-i Örfî, Makalat, Nutuk, İşârâtü'l-İ'câz, el-Mesnevî el-Arabî and others; works written in Arabic in both Arabic and Turkish.
- Compilations: Asâ-yı Mûsâ, Zülfikâr, Sirâcü'n-Nûr and others, matched to the main volumes so no sentence is counted twice.
- Hizbs: Hizbü'l-Kur'ân, Hizbü Envâri'l-Hakāik.
- The Qur'an: the vowelled Arabic text and two Turkish translations by Diyanet; verses quoted in the works are matched to the Qur'an's text.
Not yet included: the Turkish Kızıl İcaz, Fihrist Risalesi and Hizb-i Nurî.

All tools are read-only; none changes anything.

Things to keep in mind
- Translations of verses and hadiths in the works are the publishers', added later, not the author's words. The author's own explanation ("Yani, …") is part of the text.
- Translations: the Turkish of works written in Arabic is a translation; the commentary in Kızıl İcaz is by Abdülmecid Nursî. The assistant takes care not to attribute these to the author.
- Links to verses are found by rules in the text's own wording; they are not a judgement that a passage is the exegesis (tafsir) of a verse.
- There are no page numbers; places are given as work › section › sentence.

Troubleshooting
- The assistant does not use the connector: check that it is enabled in the conversation, and mention "Risale-i Nur" in your question.
- Tools look outdated or a tool fails: Claude caches the tool list. Disconnect and reconnect the connector, or start a new conversation.
- "Daily limit" or "too many requests": the shared limit for use without an account is reached. Try again later or sign in.
- A reference or quotation looks wrong: please send the question and the answer to destek@risalemcp.com.
